More About Lou Roberts

Experience
Over the years, I have earned practical skills working with people who experience mental health diagnoses & addiction and am empowered to help adults make heroic changes. I have learned that the best outcomes occur for people who are willing to work outside of therapy sessions, as well as inside therapy sessions. My experience with adults demonstrates that heroic change occurs via insight, action, and increased self-acceptance. If you are aware that you need to work on something, follow that precious prompt and get the support you need from a therapist with a strengths-based, relational approach.
