Emily Campos

Registered Associate

My name is Emily Campos and I am an LPC-Associate working towards licensure. I grew up in the Bay Area of California, but I have loved being a resident of Oregon for the past several years. In my free time, I love to travel with my husband, spend time with loved ones, and hang out with my cat Gustavo. I am a Christian and I am full of gratitude for all the ways the Lord has worked in my life. Please know that whatever your background may be, I am respectful of your journey, and experiences, and I want to come alongside to support you. I will honor and value your culture, your lifestyle, and who you are.

Emily's Approach

Life rarely goes according to plan, and often we have faced great difficulty and hurt with little, to no support. Seeking out therapy to find healing and hope is courageous as you may be adjusting to a new normal, wanting to confront a painful past, or you are finding the strength to take life one day at a time. I believe in you and the process you will be embarking on. Taking time and space to invest in your mental health is well worth it.

I work from a Person-Centered lens and utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We are equals on your journey towards self-growth, discovering purpose, and finding meaning in day-to-day life. To encounter hardship, grief, uncertainty, disappointment, etc. are all conditions of being human. I want to create a safe and trusting space in which you can talk about what weighs heavily on you. You deserve to feel heard, seen and accepted. My hope is that through our sessions you will discover new meaning in your life, and the great gifts you possess as you are an expert on who you are and the life you desire.
