I am a writer and world traveler, teaching in the Hubei province of China after college graduation. I am a classic literature and postmodern literature enthusiast and passionate about helping people find their “why” in life and becoming the superhero of their own lives.
Timothy's Approach
I believe that unconditional positive regard, active listening, validation, and reframing are paramount in a counseling relationship. Life can be both beautiful and difficult, and I believe in the power of self-efficacy, personal growth, and radical self-love and acceptance. I am passionate about walking alongside people and encouraging them to radically love and accept themselves while working to take ownership and pride in their lives.
