Christina Garrett

Professional Counselor Resident Associate

Growing and stretching into who we are is not an easy task. Navigating differences between ourselves and those close to us can be trying and painful, something I have learned from personal experience. I am passionate about helping others form deeper connections with both themselves and others.

Christina's Approach

Every person brings their own unique story and experiences into the counseling room, and I believe in the importance of tailoring our work together to serve you best. We often find ourselves stuck in repeating cycles that are not the most helpful but are all we know. It is my job to come alongside you as we explore these cycles and work to create new responses that will serve you better moving forward.
