Sara Chavez, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Sara Chavez and I am a single mother with three children ages 21,19, and 13. This has given me the skills needed to assist a variety of ages through therapy, including children, adolescents, and adults. My primary goal is to guide others through the struggles life inevitably hands us and teach skills that will help clients navigate life after therapy. I enjoy playing board games with my children, watching movies, traveling, and reading.

Sara Chavez’s Approach

I use a person centered approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness to help clients learn and grow.
