Tiffany Irwin, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Life brings us a lot of ups and downs, challenges, and growth opportunities. I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey of self-acceptance one part at a time and assist with self-compassion when facing rough, shadowy, difficult, or unresolved aspects of your life. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am a Marine Corps Veteran, wife, and stepmom who loves spending time with my children, dogs, goats, and cats. Nature is a big part of my life, and I also enjoy gardening, crafts, antiquing, and adventuring.
Tiffany's Approach
I have a humanistic foundation that involves creating a safe space with a nonjudgmental empathic environment while working on gaining trust, walking alongside the client at their pace, and meeting the client where they’re at. I personalize therapy for each client’s specific needs and make adjustments when needed. I use an integrative approach that consists of using internal family systems, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, play therapy, psychoeducation, attachment therapy, mindfulness techniques, and EMDR.
