Eugene Therapists
Anne Harper Ph.D, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Director Eugene
My name is Anne Harper, Ph.D. and I am a Mental Health Therapist. Life is a journey without a clear road map. We hit bumps, wrong turns, and flat tires along the way. Worry, sadness, and confusion can be a natural response to our problems. Sometimes it is difficult to know which direction is the best or if we want to continue the journey. I am here to help you find your way, to find acceptance, and feel strong enough to face the obstacles to your travel. I am also a veteran and have years of experience working with men and women in the military, caregivers, and individuals in times of crisis. I believe everyone needs someone they can talk to. Everyone deserves to be heard without judgment. Everyone deserves a safe space. You are not alone in the world. I can help.
Anne’s Approach
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to therapy. I will use tools best suited to your individual needs. I am skilled in CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and Hypnosis. Together we will work on goals to help you achieve satisfaction in your life. You will learn tools to help you relax, heal wounded parts, and feel a greater sense of empowerment. You deserve a good life that is positive and free from strife.
