Anna Wascher

Professional Counselor Associate

My name is Anna Wascher and I have been working as a mental health therapist since 2021. Some of my hobbies include: spending time with my family, friends, and black lab puppy; exploring nature; CrossFit; drinking coffee; and going to the coast.

Anna's Approach

I prefer to take more of a Strengths-Based and Emotion-Focused approach, and also have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that the client is the expert in their life and circumstances and it is my role to help them find different approaches and perspectives, empower them to create and work toward their goals, and build meaningful relationships. I also have experience incorporating a Faith-Based approach if that is of interest to the client.
