Amanda Lillie

Clinical Social Work Associate

Hello! My name is Amanda Lillie, a clinical social work associate. I grew up all over the United States but have called Oregon my home since 2014. When I am not at work I really enjoy spending time with my husband and our seven pets (5 cats and 2 dogs). Most of the time I can be found at home with the family reading a book or doing a variety of crafts. Other times I enjoy spending time with my friends and family (especially my nephews).

Amanda's Approach

My approach to therapy includes viewing the client as the expert in their own life. I meet clients where they are and help them create a path that is best suited for their needs and goals. I am present and in the moment for every one of my clients and genuinely care about their well-being. I utilize solutions focused brief therapy with a strengths based lens as my therapeutic focus as this allows the client to be the expert and pull from their strengths as well as their own lived experiences. I also pull in tools from different modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Narrative Therapy.
