Sam's Approach
Life can be complicated at any age. The ups and downs can be challenging to manage on our own. My role is to meet you where you are, collaborate with you, and to be someone you can trust. During a session, I believe there is only one expert of your life in the room- and that expert is you!
The modalities I primarily utilize are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and Play Therapy all rooted in a strengths-based foundation.
