Eugene Therapist
I received my Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. I continue to seek professional development and learning opportunities that help me further support my clients needs.
My husband and I are excited about transitioning to Eugene from Chicago, where we have lived all of our lives, to be closer to our 3 children and 3 grandchildren. During my free time I enjoy exploring the beautiful nature that surrounds us, working in my art studio, teaching yoga, and spending time with my family. My husband and I also enjoy traveling to Lithuania, where our extended family resides.

Approach
Approach
My therapeutic approach first and for most is meeting my clients where they are to work as a team and accomplish their therapeutic goals. I consider myself an integrative therapist. Approaching the person as a whole and listening to my clients with unconditional positive regard for positive growth and change. I work with individual clients, experiencing PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustment through an existential-humanistic lens.
Therapeutic Focus
Therapeutic Focus
I am an art therapist, professional counselor, and a registered yoga instructor.
I am passionate on being of service to others.
My therapeutic focus is informed by trainings in art therapy, somatic experience, brain-spotting, mindfulness, breathwork, and advanced trainings in yoga.
Using these healing modalities together with psychotherapy we can personalize your therapeutic needs to honor the mind, body, and spirit to gain a deeper awareness of the whole self.
