Approach
Approach
My therapeutic orientation is derived primarily from two basic approaches. One is humanistic psychology, particularly client-centered therapy, and the other is systemic therapy. I also employ existential therapy for the importance of understanding an accepting the human limitations and realities. The therapeutic methods I will use are tailored for a solution focused and client centered experience that will lead to a client’s strengthened positive feelings and personal empowerment.
